National Consultant(s) to enhance practical capacity on gender equality and leadership skills for core women farmers in the shrimp and rice value chains in the Mekong Delta

Oxfam is currently seeking qualified National Consultant(s) to enhance practical capacity on gender equality and leadership skills for core women farmers in the shrimp and rice value chains in the Mekong Delta, under the project “Improved Social Protection and Decent Work for female farmers and labourers in the shrimp and rice value chains in Vietnam.”

 

This activity aims to strengthen women’s leadership in improving access to social protection and gender-responsive occupational safety and health. The activity should be implemented through in-person sessions in classrooms and/or at community level in An Giang, Ca Mau, and Can Tho provinces, tentatively from June to August 2026.
